Commissions are for personal use only. You may use them as your pfp/banner, but cannot be used for profit. You may not resell my work, I own all rights.

Do not feed my art to AI. If I find out you are doing this, I will permanently blacklist you.

If I find out you are passing my work off as your own or reposting my art to other platforms without my permission I will also blacklist you from commissioning me.

Listed prices are the standard prices. If I feel something is too complex, I will ask you to pay more. The more complex something is, the higher the price.

If I feel I am unable to complete your commission for whatever reason, i.e, may not be something I am capable of drawing, I have the right to decline and refund you.

I can take as little as one day to as long as weeks to complete your commission. Please be patient and feel free to dm me for an update. However, I will not respond if it is every day consistently/nagging.

If you do not give me references, do not complain its not what you envisioned. The more references you give me, the better it will be.

Because of how I draw, I tend not to share sketches for my coloured pieces (I tend to do a messy sketch and completely colour over it) and instead send the final piece. I allow any and all changes to the final piece, but a maximum of 5. I will not change anything for you once you have said you are happy. For example, I will not allow you to dm me a week later asking me to change something.

I do not record speedpaints because It takes up laptop storage I do not have and I have to manually press record at the start of every session.

I wont do extremely complex poses, if you want this, you are paying extra.

Please dm me first if you're looking for something more difficult.

No mecha, nsfw, or gore requests. You will be instantly declined.

Payment is via kofi (paypal) only.

Pay in full through my listings. I will not take 50/50 unless it is for an extremely pricey commission.

If you need to cancel your commission after paying a 50% deposit you MUST dm me before I start on it. If I have already started, I will only offer you a partial refund.

For regular pay in full commissions, please try not to commission me if you think you will have to cancel it. Again, you MUST dm me before I start on it. I do not offer refunds after the art has been completed unless it is something on my end.

I will offer refunds to everyone if something happens in my personal life where I cannot complete any commissions. For example, If I am having a really bad flare up of my conditions, which can occur randomly at any time, I will refund and close commissions until I am well enough again.

Be aware Paypal takes a good chunk of my earnings so I dont want to hear "Its too expensive". There are plenty of other artists that will charge cheaper. It is also disrespectful for the amount of effort I put into my work.

I value respect and kindness when working with clients, and this goes both ways. Any inappropriate, aggressive, disrespectful or rude behaviour/actions against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.

I will let you know when I start your commission. From this point onwards I will not take refunds unless it is an emergency.

As I said before, I do not send sketches. Instead, I accept any adjustments to the final piece. This is why it is important you are as clear as possible about your vision when commissioning me.

I do not send sketches because they are very rough. I colour over them completely and the final piece ends up completely different to the final, so it is misleading. If this bothers you, do not commission me.

I will not add a background unless you specify within the commission.

I accept up to 5 changes of the final I send you, minor or major. Any more and I will deny your request.

I will not change anything for you after you have said you are happy and accepted the final piece. I will not let you dm me a week later asking me to change something.
